About
Vivarium is a combined coliving and coworking space in L'Eixample, Valencia. The location is highly walkable with restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and the Turia park within a short walk. The space includes bedroom floors with kitchens and living areas on each level, plus a dedicated coworking floor with natural light and a focus room. The atmosphere emphasizes community, with regular social activities and group dinners. Several reviewers stayed for weeks or months and found the mix of accommodation and working space suited extended stays well.
The coworking areas have air conditioning and good natural light. One reviewer noted the internet quality was poor and unsuitable for video calls. Another mentioned the coworking floor had everything needed for remote work. Bedrooms also have desks. The space is open 9 AM to 6 PM weekdays only.
