When I went ~a month ago, they had this offer where for 35 lei/hour or 90 lei/3 hours you get free coffee and some amount of discount on food. I don’t know if it’s mandatory to pay into this if you want to work there or if it’s a nice option for frequent guest, but the vibe inside the place is good.

Acuarela, behind Romană, on Polonă. They have a super cute courtyard, it's very very quiet for how central it is, and there's a bit of greenery too. You can also sit inside, the internet works well everywhere.
Acuarela, in spate la romana, pe polona. Au o curte super draguta, e foarte foarte liniste pt cat de centrala e, si e si un pic de verde. Se poate si inauntru, netul merge bine peste tot.

Another great place for work with inside and outside seating places, a lot of space inside. The air condition is not so aggressive, it's ok to stay there longer and work. Internet is good and coffee as well.
