on reddit.comI highly recommend the OBA (public library). I work from the one on Oosterdokskade (next to central station) all the time. It's huge with 7 floors, there's an Albert Heijn very close by where you can get some sandwiches or ready meals for a quick bite, there are multiple cafes inside and outside, has free wifi, and it's right on the water which makes for a nice spot to take a break from work.
