The Workers' Museum has a good reading room! In addition, Cafe Kabys on Nansensgade is exceptionally cozy and relatively quiet until around 3 pm.

If you’re not bothered by loud noice go to Københavns hovedbibliotek, otherwise go to CBS they have really nice study facilities, or KU Frederiksberg campus KUA also have nice facilities but it might be a bit far if you live in Nørrebro
