Hi! In the Capital you have Café Te; the place is posh, but of aaaall the cafés I've worked in it's the one where I've felt most at ease. The space is big and has a mezzanine, so you can easily have a meeting without bothering anyone or being bothered. It's around Villa Crespo/Palermo.
